MINUTES REGULAR MEETING

CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:54 p.m. and appointed Peter Jennings to sit-in for Edwina Futtner.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
A motion to approve the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Meeting on May 5, 2009 was made by Peter Jennings, seconded by Walter FitzPatrick. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
None
OLD BUSINESS
1) The printed specs for the Kerrigan’s addition still have not been received and therefore the Commission has not signed-off on the Certificate of Appropriateness. There appears to have been a misunderstanding of the suggestion of the Commission regarding the “knock-out” for the gas fireplace and it was felt that the current modification was not a significant improvement and that the original design would be acceptable if preferred by the owner.
ADMINISTRATION
1) Commissioner Macro reported that the Phase II Survey was in process and that our consultant, James Sexton had reviewed the proposed list with Mary Donohue of the State Commission. They determined that a number of the properties did not meet the criteria to be surveyed and requested that some additional properties be recommended. Mr. Sexton will be including some barns in the study.

A motion to adjourn was made at 8:00 by Peter Jennings, seconded by Walter FitzPatrick and approved unanimously.
